Delete Your Petta Account

Request deletion of your Petta account and all associated data — from right here, or from inside the app.

Request deletion from this page

Email support@petta.mk from the email address on your Petta account, with the subject line "Delete my Petta account." We verify the request came from your own account email and process the deletion — no need to open the app.

We process these within a few business days and will confirm by email once it's done.

Or delete it yourself, in the app

Open the Petta app and sign in
Go to the Profile tab, then tap Settings
Scroll to the Your Data section
Tap Delete Account
Confirm by tapping Delete everything on the warning shown

In-app deletion happens immediately once confirmed — no waiting period.

This cannot be undone. Once processed, your account and data are deleted permanently, whether requested here or in the app.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials (email/password, Google, and/or Apple sign-in)
Your pet profiles, photos, medical records, and prescriptions
Your posts, comments, and likes
Your breeding requests (sent and received)
Your lost & found reports
Your conversations and messages
Your follows/followers, blocks, and content reports you filed

What may be retained

Content reports you were the subject of (filed by someone else) may be retained in anonymized form for moderation record-keeping. Nothing retained is linked back to an identifiable account after deletion.

Alternative: export without deleting

If you just want a copy of your data without deleting your account, use Export My Data in the same Settings section of the app instead.
